Unfortunately our last newsmail had been sent to you uncompletely, this
means without any links to playable audio-tracks.
This is fixed now and you will not only be able to listen to all tracks of this
one, but as well you can again check out each track of the CDs noted in
our last newsmail. Enjoy.

This title will not need anymore explanation. Just a short cut: You can
expect a fine mix of Manolito / VAN VAN/ NG La Banda and DAN DEN.
Especially their producer is calling them “cubans’ Earth, Wind & Fire”

1.2 MIKE DEVITO - JUEGO PELIGROSO
Sometimes there is a new face approaching out of this huge
release-whirlpool, that you won’t immediately forget about.
Mike Devito is one of a kind. His CD is giving the Salsa it’s youth and
enthusiasm, that you even like to listen to the one and only english track
on this record “She’s dangerous” with pleasure.

1.3 VICTOR MANUELLE - EN VIVO
The first live recording of VICTOR MANUELLE and nothing else but the
CARNEGIE HALL was the place to meet. With it’s song- (f.e. No me
hace falta & La Vida es un Carnaval) and guest-appearance (f.e. Hector
Ruiz & Gilberto Santa Rosa) nothings failed. This CD for sure is a winner
from start to end.

The last release of TANGO ? gives a fine impression of resent
TANGO/ELECTRONIC - releases. From Carlos Libedinsky, Bajafondo

2.2 YIRA - ELECTRO VIAJE PORTENO
Again we have a TANGO/ELECTRONIC-Juwel from Buenos Aires.
This quartet is convincing us with their perfect combination of modern
technics (Loop & Sampler) and traditional instruments (Bandoneon &
Violin). As far as I know one of only a few TANGO NUEVO-Bands
introducing the violin.

2.3 TANGO DESATADO - CUARTETO
We have infrequently presented classic tango-cd’s in the past but we now
have a good one to let you know about. Leaded by Paulina Fain (flute) the
quartet TANGO DESATADO offers a very own mixture of Tango/Vals &
Milonga mainly introducing the flute as leading instrument.
As outstanding and interesting as

2.4 FERNANDO MONTEMURRO - B.A. TANGO BEAT
Last but not least :) again a TANGO NUEVO - CD.
Finally it must have been released: The completely programmed
Tango-CD. But after some spins you will only have an impression of
harmoniously songs with conspicuous lead vocals of Natalia Berenstein.
This CD does not suffer any lack of traditional instruments, for sure.

3. Our Raffle: The winner of April
A short while ago we introduced our raffle. The first one was asking when
the web-shop of Danza Y Movimiento was issued. The correct answer
was “since 1997”. This means we were one of the first web-shops
worldwide. In 2002 we were no longer satisfied by the old shop and started
the version you actually see when you are visiting us.
This time the winner is Fedrika Gullfot from Stockholm. Congratulation!
