Our dedicated team tries to give the best service and organisation to our customers. We offer approximately 13.000 products of Latin American culture and music. We present the CDs including approximately 80.000 audio samples. A lot of our products are in stock and they can be send to you instantly. Our guidance icludes product information, recommendations, press reviews or personal information. Although a lot of exciting new CDs are hardly available on the traditional music market, we still try to take adventurous steps in order to find a source for the product. You receive a lot of service without being obliged to buy from us.

The DyM Club gurantees this service. The membership is not costly and you become part of a growing number of people who are interested in Latin American music, culture and zest for life.

The basic membership of at least one year only costs 0,99 Euro per month. This is less than the download of one single music title and the fee allows you to listen to approximately 80.000 audio samples. (Of course, there are also plenty of other optional services you can use. Examples are our informatic newsletter, access to our newsletter archive, your personal wish list, the administration of your personal account including your personal address management etc.)

You can upgrade your membership any time, and we recommend to become a Level 2 member from the start. A club member on level 2 receives a discount of 10% on all products of our shop! Besides, there are price advantages for you when booking one of our travel offers, and you receive a 50% price discount for the planning of your personal itinerary! This only costs 1,50 Euro more and, of course, you will get all services from level 1 as well. Additionally, level 2 allows you to place your personal classified ad which will be read by about 20.000 newsletter readers worldwide - all of them people interested in Latin American music and culture!

There are several possibilities to pay your membership fee. We recommend the payment by credit card, because this allows you the use our services straight away. If you prefer advance payment, then we will activate your membership manually as soon as we receive the amount on our bank account.
