How to place an order
The easiest way to order is using our shopping cart. If this is not familiar to you, you can also order
by e-mail, fax, snail mail, or by telephone
.
There are different ways of payment:
A. Credit cards (Visa, Master/Eurocard, JCB, Amex, Diners):
B. Advance payment: Wait for the invoice. When the invoice arrives, transfer the money. As soon as
the invoice amount arrives, the CDs will be shipped. Please do not send any cheques! We cannot
accept liability in case of loss of cash or cheques sent to us.
C. Direct debit. If you own a German bank account, you can simply give us permission to debit the
account with the corresponding invoice amount.
Transport insurance: The transportation costs include the insurance of the goods in case of loss or
damage. Please check the content of the package on arrival!
Back Orders
Please notice that we have to charge postage again if we send you articles which have not been in
stock at the time of your order. We will delay the shipment up to 10 days, if we expect the missing
articles to arrive within that period of time. If a CD ordered by you cannot be shipped within 12
weeks because of a delivery delay on the part of our suppliers or because the article is cutout, your
order will be cancelled. We will not inform you about this automatic cancellation.
In case of special orders of CDs which do not figure in our catalogues and which have to be ordered
from their countries of origin we require your permission to debit your bank account or your credit
card account.
