Just to get an impression of the city and its surroundings, or to enhance certain topics of your personal interest - we offer you an insight into the country's life, society and culture.
The classical city tour: If you haven't been to Buenos Aires before, the city tour gives you the chance to get a first impression. You are picked up at your accommodation, or at the closest hotel, in case you are staying at a private accommodation, and then you get to know the most important sights on your tour through Buenos Aires. Of course, this is only a starting point, which can give you inspiration for strolling around on your own account in order to have a closer look.
Personal tour guide: Our personal tour guides make you experience the city according to a topic of your choice. You can choose amongst focus topics like for example
- architecture
- art (galeries and more)
- history of tango
- the dance scene
- sports (football)
- shopping (where do I find what?)
Our guides are specially trained and they can conduct the tours in various languages. If there should be no guide speaking the language of your choice, we try to arrange a translator for you.
It is sensible to do the tour by foot or by car, depending on the topic. The tours by car include the guide and a driver. Thus, you don't loose time looking for a parking spot anywhere.
Tango show at El Querandi: Tango shows are a dime a dozen in Buenos Aires. There are enough to watch a new one every night. It is difficult though, to find a show which is at least a little bit authentic without the usual kitsch. This is why we chose the show at "El Querandi". Enjoy to only watch the whole evening. Drinks and transfers are included in the price.
Culture and sport events: On request, we can organise tickets for the opera, for concerts or for sport events. Please tell us as exactly as possible the category you prefer when booking. You receive your tickets at your accommodation. The earlier you book, the better. Good tickets for some events are sold out within a day, and even our partners in Buenos Aires might have problems to get the seats of your choice. But we can guarantee to do our best!
The Delta: It is sensible to take at least one day in order to have a look at the rural surroundings of Buenos Aires. A more than 500km-long delta composed by various rivers stretches to the north of Buenos Aires meeting in the well-known Rio de la Plata. Thousands of small and big rivers form the "streets" around here with houses on the riverbank, which are only accessible by boat. The kids are taken to the playground by boat and even the local pizza guy delivers with an outboard motor. All excursions into this area will start off at the harbour of Tigre, a city located to the north of Buenos Aires. Among all the touristic offers, you shouldn´t miss a tour with an expedition to the delta. But again: we double-checked all the different offers and chose an all-day excursion including a trip with the coast-train, a passage by ship and also a little hike, giving you the opportunity to explore flora and fauna of the delta-islands. You surely will enjoy this all-day excursion as a welcome contrast to the big city!
