Caruca Caridad Rodriguez
She was awarded "Dancer of the Year" four years in a row. This is the Cuban record and everybody knows her now in Cuba.
Her career as a dancer started when she was only 15-years-old. Today, Caruca teaches TV dance companies and she is the choreographer for performances in clubs, on TV and in movies. As a dance teacher Caruca, together with her dance partners and the team, is just fabulous.
Her method of teaching the first Salsa steps has softened quite a few European beginners. And when she explains the most elegant turns she is incredibly cool showing what she means by the passion of Salsa.
