If you want to experience Cuba not only by just looking outside a bus-window, we are pleased to put together theme-oriented tours with qualified guides. We personally checked out each tour we offer you, so you can be sure to get exciting otherwise hardly found background information. Check out the conditions for the reservation at the bottom of this page. The following paragraphs give you an overview of the present programs and packages we´re offering in Havana:

1. Guided tour through the old parts of Havana

3. Santeria
A Santera (female priest) explains the Yoruba, the afro-cuban religion going into its religious particulars and divinities. After this two-hour basic program, you´ll personally meet a Babalao, who will speak with you about your past and future. This part of the program does not have any specific time limit.

4. Project "Cayo Hueso" in Centro Habana
An insight into the culture of some cuban city districts. You´ll visit various social centers (kindergarten, old people´s home), a family doctor as well the "Hammel lane" - a place of art.

An insight into the cuban social security system. You´ll visit a family doctor, a clinic and a kindergarten.

An insight into the cuban society´s core, the CDR. During this glimpse behind the curtains, you´re allowed to ask critical questions, why Cuba is the way it is...

7. Walking in Ernest Hemingway´s shoes
Follow Ernest Hemingway´s tracks with peronal guides and visit the Finca La Vigia in Santa Maria del Rosario, Cojimar, Hotel Ambos Mundos and other places favoured by this famous author.

Visit the the rum-museum; a tobacco factory and the music conservatory in Guanabacoa.

By request we can put together different daily-tours starting in Havana e.g. to Varadero or Vinales. Tours to Trinidad are for two days only.

Conditions for the reservation

Please notice that "Danza y Movimiento tavel" is only the mediator, not the organizer for the described offers on this page. We arrange the reservation and inform you about when you´ll be picked up at your accomodation. (All prices include transfers in Havana.) We charge a reservation fee that amounts to 30.- Euro for 1-2 persons per reservation. In Havana you pay the amount (in the cuban currency) calculated previously to the tour to the local organizer.
