VIP - Consultation for Cuba, Italy and Argentina
Being an independent travel agency, our aim is to develop a journey for and with you out of individual travel elements in order to make sure to design the optimal vacation for you and in order to make your dreams come true.
We take our time to work on your ideas and to realise your wishes, even if they only marginally appear in our catalogue and even if they do not figure at all.
We take our time for intensive research in the countries you wish to travel to and for the consultation by telephone and e-mail. This involves many hours of work, many telephone calls and sometimes researches in the country itself by one of our partners there.
We charge a fee of 70.- Euro for this individual basic consultation. This fee has to be considered a non-reimburseable deposit for the journey you have in mind. This means: This consultation fee only falls due in case you decide to only book an individual service or if you refrain from booking after the consultation.
If you are a Premium member of the DyM-Club, we can offer you a 50% discount for the planning of your personal travel itinerary!
We would like to add that we sometimes recommend to a client to book with a different travel organizer, especially if we have the impression that the programme of a different agency is more suitable for the client. By the way: We do not intend to beat our competitors with budget prices. Our programme is defined by its quality based on our experience and knowledge.
For security reasons, we will ask you for your credit card details at the beginning of a telephone consultation. If we estimate the research costs higher for your personal proposal, we will tell you beforehand. And, of course, we will only charge your credit card if you should not book with us.
We have collected a lot of experience in our travel destinations in the recent years, and we checked almost all our offers personally. There is no 100 % guarantee, but even a small advice can help to save a lot of money and trouble. Thus: Feel free to use our consultation and our knowledge, even if you prefer to plan your journey yourself.
