One of the finest TIMBA-artists releases his first Live-CD resp., -DVD.
Including the unerring cross-section of his last 3 CDs this one is a perfect
BEST OF-compilation.
The atmosphere and mood quickly turns into a large party that’s easily
comprehensible by the DVD.

1.3 ADALBERTO ALVAREZ - Mi Linda Habanera
We are lingering in CUBA and introducing the new CD of “Sr. Salsa
Casino”- Adalberto Alvarez.
Again he creates a wonderfull combination between classical SON and
cuban SALSA.
Recommendable not for salsa-dancer of Rueda De Casino-Style only.

2.1 LOS REYES DEL TANGO - A Don Juan
The orchestra “tipica” Los Reyes Del Tango recorded their new CD true
to the style of Juan D’Arienzo, and even not left out the famous classics
“La Cumparsita” and “Desde El Alma”, but smartly left their own mark
on them.
That implies a classical TANGO-CD, that’s very danceable, as well.

2.2 JUAN D’ARIENZO - Puro Tango
After we recently informed you about the RCA VICTOR archive of Juan
D’Arienzo recordings and presented the CD “MILONGA DE MIS
AMORES” ,

we now continue with another one of this assemblage.
The very felicitously titled CD “PURO TANGO” includes exclusively
tangos from 1961, a period of time in which Juan D’Arienzo mainly
worked together with two singers Jorge Valdez and Horacio Palma.
2.3. WALTER ROMERO - Charlemos
Musical-performer and singer Walter Romero discovered his obsession
for tango in 1997.
Now almost 8 years later he presents his debut-cd as a tango-quartett with
guitar, doble-bass and bandoneon.
This CD contains invariably danceable tangos (with exception of ONE
Vals) that all are performed with obvious pleasure & soul and reminding
of Daniel Melingo, if he had not followed the “wild side”, but stayed
unwicked.
